Conditions We Treat
You know something is wrong. You've had scans, opinions, treatments. The diagnosis has a name, but the pain still has a grip on your life.
If you see yourself here, regenerative medicine may be able to help.

"I used to run. Now I limp."
Tendon & Ligament Injuries
Chronic injuries that won't fully heal on their own.
Rotator Cuff Tears
- Partial tears that haven't healed with PT
- Full-thickness tears in patients who want to avoid surgery
- Post-surgical reinforcement to support healing
Achilles Tendon Problems
- Chronic tendonitis
- Partial tears
- Tendinosis (chronic degeneration)
Hamstring, Quad, & Other Muscle Tendon Injuries
- Partial tears that won't heal
- Chronic tendonitis from overuse
- Post-injury weakness or recurring pain
Ligament Sprains & Tears
- Ankle sprains that never fully healed
- Knee ligament injuries (ACL, MCL, LCL โ partial or chronic)
- Elbow ligament damage (UCL in throwing athletes)
Sports Injuries That Won't Heal
You did everything right. Rest. Ice. Physical therapy. Gradual return to activity. But it still hurts.
We work with:
- โ Runners with chronic Achilles, plantar fasciitis, or IT band issues
- โ Golfers and tennis players with elbow or shoulder pain
- โ Lifters with shoulder, knee, or lower back problems
- โ Weekend warriors who pushed too hard and never fully recovered
Post-Surgical Sites That Need Support
Surgery doesn't always restore full function. Sometimes scar tissue limits movement. Sometimes the repair is incomplete.
We've helped patients with:
- โ Rotator cuff repairs that are "healed" but still painful
- โ Knee or hip replacements with lingering discomfort
- โ Spinal fusion sites with adjacent segment degeneration
- โ Post-operative stiffness or reduced range of motion
Regenerative therapy can sometimes improve surgical outcomes by enhancing the final stages of healing.
Conditions We Typically Do Not Treat
To be clear, regenerative medicine is not appropriate for:
- โ Acute fractures (you need orthopedic stabilization first)
- โ Active infections
- โ Advanced bone-on-bone arthritis โ therapy may help avoid or delay joint replacement surgery
- โ Cancer-related bone or tissue damage (without oncology clearance)
If you're not sure whether your condition is a fit, the consultation will answer that.
How Do I Know If I'm a Candidate?
Good candidates typically:
- โ Have tried conservative treatment (PT, medications, injections) without full relief
- โ Have documented injury or degeneration on imaging (MRI, X-ray, ultrasound)
- โ Want to avoid or delay invasive open surgery
- โ Are willing to participate in a healing process that takes weeks to months, not days
- โ Understand that results vary and no specific outcome can be guaranteed
- โ Patients who struggle with work-related tasks due to pain or loss of ability to perform tasks
The only way to know for sure is a diagnostic consultation.
We'll review your history, examine you, look at your imaging, and tell you honestly whether regenerative therapy makes sense for your situation.
